Michigan Transfer Agreement The Michigan Transfer Agreement (MTA) was designed to help you transfer from your community college to a Michigan four-year college or university. The MTA replaced the previous MACRAO Transfer Agreement in the Fall of 2014. Students pursuing the MACRAO Transfer Agreement are encouraged to work with their advisors in order to ensure timely completion. If you are unsure about which academic program to pursue and/or about which four-year college or university to transfer to, the MTA is an excellent resource to utilize when selecting community college courses. Within this plan one completes a minimum of 30 semester hours of college-level credit which will fulfill a portion of the lower-division general education requirements at participating four-year colleges or universities. This plan includes the following: • One course in English Composition • A second course in English Composition or one course in Communications • Two courses in Social Sciences (from two different disciplines) • Two courses in Natural Sciences including one with laboratory experience (from two different disciplines) • Two courses in Humanities/Fine Arts (from two different disciplines excluding studio and performance classes) • One math course in College Algebra, Statistics or Quantitative Reasoning. Transfer Guides. Xxxxxx and WCC agree that any student who has completed the minimum requirements for an associate’s degree or the equivalent thereof at WCC may transfer the course credits to a Xxxxxx bachelor’s degree following the attached business major transfer guides. Tuition and fees Xxxxxx and WCC agree that WCC students may qualify for scholarships reserved for transfer students at Xxxxxx University, and that the application fee shall be waived for students under this agreement. Xxxxxx tuition and fees does not include textbooks or fees or any course of lab fees associated individual courses. Dual enrollment Xxxxxx and WCC agree that WCC students who are in good academic standing shall be automatically admitted to Xxxxxx after completing an application form and providing documentation to meet Xxxxxx admission requirements. The Sub-Advisor shall provide to the Trust CCO: (i) quarterly reports confirming the Sub-Advisor’s compliance with the Sub-Advisor Compliance Procedures in managing the Sub-Advisor Assets, and (ii) certifications that there were no Material Compliance Matters involving the Sub-Advisor that arose under the Sub-Advisor Compliance Procedures that affected the Sub-Advisor Assets. At least annually, the Sub-Advisor shall provide a certification to the Trust CCO to the effect that the Sub-Advisor has in place and has implemented policies and procedures that are reasonably designed to ensure compliance by the Sub-Advisor with the Federal Securities Laws.
