Transfer Guarantees. Florida dual enrollment college credit will transfer to any Florida public college or university offering the Statewide Course Numbering System course number, and must be treated as though taken at the receiving institution. However, if students do not attend the same college or university where they earned the dual enrollment credit, the application of transfer credit to general education, prerequisite, and degree programs may vary at the receiving institution. Private and out‐of‐state colleges and universities may or may not grant college credit for courses taken through dual enrollment. Transfer Guarantees. Community College Associate in Arts graduates are guaranteed certain rights under the statewide Articulation Agreement (Administrative Rule 6A-10.024). This Articulation Agreement governs the transfer of students from Florida public community college to the state university system. The agreement addresses general admission to a state university/college and Program Admission.
Transfer Guarantees. A. The Florida Department of Education developed the following italicized statement on transfer guarantees pursuant to Section 1007.271(15), F.S.. The purpose of the statement is to inform students and parents of the potential for the dual enrollment course to articulate as an elective or general education course into a postsecondary education certificate of degree program. For those home education students who may seek a public school diploma, dual enrollment courses will receive the same weighting for the high school grade point average as Advanced Placement (AP), International Baccalaureate (IB), and Advanced International Certificate of Education (AICE) courses. In addition, Dual Enrollment courses that meet core state university admission requirements in English/Language Arts, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Social Sciences, or World Languages shall receive the same weighting as AP, IB, and AICE courses in the calculation of the high school grade point average used for admission decisions. The Guarantors hereby jointly and severally agree that if the Borrower or other Guarantor(s) shall fail to pay in full when due (whether at stated maturity, by acceleration or otherwise) any of the Guaranteed Obligations, the Guarantors will promptly pay the same in cash, without any demand or notice whatsoever, and that in the case of any extension of time of payment or renewal of any of the Guaranteed Obligations, the same will be promptly paid in full when due (whether at extended maturity, by acceleration or otherwise) in accordance with the terms of such extension or renewal.

  • Guarantee The Guarantor irrevocably and unconditionally agrees to pay in full to the Holders the Guarantee Payments (without duplication of amounts theretofore paid by the Issuer), as and when due, regardless of any defense, right of set-off or counterclaim that the Issuer may have or assert. The Guarantor's obligation to make a Guarantee Payment may be satisfied by direct payment of the required amounts by the Guarantor to the Holders or by causing the Issuer to pay such amounts to the Holders.

  • Payment Guarantee 20.1 On Contracts where one hundred (100%) percent performance bonds and payment bonds are executed, this Article 20 does not apply.
