TRANSFER FOR SECURITY PURPOSES. If the transfer is a mortgage, pledge, or other transaction made for security purposes only, such transfer need not be conditioned on physical severance if the documents evidencing the transfer meet the requirements of a Permitted Mortgage as set forth in Addendum: Permitted Mortgage.
