Common use of Transfer, etc Clause in Contracts

Transfer, etc. by the Borrower. Without the prior written consent of the Agent, the Borrower will not sell, assign, transfer or otherwise dispose of, grant any option with respect to, or pledge or grant any security interest in or otherwise encumber any of the Collateral or any interest therein, except for the pledge thereof provided for in this Agreement.
