Transfer by Eisai Sample Clauses

Transfer by Eisai. With respect to any Eisai Know-How developed by Eisai during the term of this Agreement, Eisai shall supply Bukwang with such Eisai Know-How on at least a quarterly basis or sooner, if practicable.
