Transfer by Devise or Inheritance. a. If a Transfer occurs by devise or inheritance due to death of an Owner, the personal representative of the Owner's estate or the person inheriting the Property (the "Inheriting Owner") shall provide written notice to the Town within 30 days of the date of death.
