Transfer Agent Interactive Voice. Response (“IVR”) Services. The Fund has requested, and ALPS will provide, Transfer Agent IVR Services (“TA IVR”) as one of the ALPS’ interactive client services provided pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Through TA IVR, shareholders may retrieve account information and submit transaction requests directly to the Fund’s transfer agent via the telephone as described further in this Appendix.
