Transcripts and Evidence. Both Parties shall cause a written transcript of all proceedings and testimony shall be kept and the cost of such transcript shall be borne equally by the Parties pending the final award. All documents that either Party proposes to offer in evidence, except for those objected to by the other Party, shall be deemed to be self-authenticating.
