Transactions with Affiliates and Other Relationships. (a) Operator shall obtain the prior written consent of Lessee (which Lessee may withhold in Lessee’s sole and absolute discretion) prior to contracting with any Affiliate (or companies in which Operator has an ownership or other economic interest if such interest is not sufficient to make such a company an Affiliate) to provide goods and/or services to the Hotels.
