Common use of Transactions Permitted Clause in Contracts

Transactions Permitted. For the avoidance of doubt, the Repurchase Transactions and the consummation thereof, on the terms and conditions set forth in the Repurchase Agreement as of August 4, 2025 and this Indenture, are permitted under and not prohibited by this Indenture and the Collateral Documents. SECTION 2.07 The Indenture is hereby amended by adding a new Section 4.23 which shall read as follows and the corresponding change shall be made to the Table of Contents of the Indenture:
