TRANSACTIONS IN PROGRESS. Termination of this Agreement (for whatever cause) shall be without prejudice to transactions already initiated for which there is a binding agreement in force and transactions in progress shall be completed directly between the Partnership, acting by the General Partner and the counterparty.
TRANSACTIONS IN PROGRESS. Bolongo may, in its sole discretion, remove any Materials or cancel any transaction in progress if Bolongo determines that such Materials has been posted on the Website in violation of this Agreement or any of Bolongo’s policies and guidelines.
