Common use of Transaction with Affiliates Clause in Contracts

Transaction with Affiliates. None of the Company’s stockholders, directors or officers nor, to the Company’s Knowledge, any of their respective Affiliates is involved in any business arrangement or relationship with the Company other than employment arrangements and severance arrangements set forth on Schedule 3.14.1, and none of the Company’s stockholders, directors or officers nor, to the Company’s Knowledge, any of their respective Affiliates owns any property or right, tangible or intangible, which is used by the Company.

Transaction with Affiliates. None Except as set forth in Section 9.1 and Schedule 3.18, none of the Company’s stockholders, directors or officers nor, to the Company’s Knowledge, any of their respective Affiliates is involved in any business arrangement or relationship with the Company or its Subsidiaries other than employment arrangements and severance arrangements set forth on Schedule 3.14.1entered into in the ordinary course of business, and none of the Company’s stockholders, directors or officers nor, to the Company’s Knowledge, any of their respective Affiliates owns any property or right, tangible or intangible, which is used by the CompanyCompany or its Subsidiaries in connection with the operation of their businesses.
