Common use of Transaction Volume Clause in Contracts

Transaction Volume. Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 0(g), TSG shall have the right, upon thirty (30) days notice to Customer to limit Customer to generating no more then one hundred thirty (130) Transactions per SABRE Booking ("Transaction Limit"). The Transaction Limit may be changed by TSG upon thirty (30) days advance notice to Customer.
