Common use of Transaction Parameters Clause in Contracts

Transaction Parameters. If Customer establishes repetitive funds transfer order templates (“template(s)”), parameters for such templates (such as payee and destination) are not automatically synchronized across multiple delivery channels. For example, if Customer maintains a template on the Service and also maintains the same template for telephone initiation, changing the parameters of the template in the Service will not change the template used to initiate the same repetitive funds transfer order in the telephone wire system, unless Customer instructs the Bank to synchronize the two delivery channels.
