The periodic account statements that we send or make available to you will reflect all transfer transactions on your account and will remain the official record of your account or its activity. You may also review transfer transactions through BerkOnline®. Our records, kept in the regular course of business, shall be presumed to accurately reflect the content of your instructions to us, and in the absence of manifest error, will be binding and conclusive. Neither we nor Zelle offer purchase protection for the purchase of goods and/or services (e.g., coverage for non-receipt, damage, or "not as described" claims related to the purchase of such goods and/or services). The Service is not intended for the purchase of goods from retailers, merchants, or the like.
