Transaction Data Room. The Borrower shall at all times maintain a Transaction Data Room, and shall cause to be maintained therein electronic copies of all documents and other information required by this Agreement and other Transaction Documents to be maintained therein.
Transaction Data Room. The Borrower shall make available each Monthly Report, each Valuation Report and all Additional Reports in the Transaction Data Room.
