Transaction; Additional Documents. The Lender shall be reasonably satisfied with all aspects of the transactions contemplated hereunder, including, (i) the capital and corporate structure of ARC LP, ARCHC, ARC GP, each Borrower and each of their respective Subsidiaries shall be as set forth on Schedule 8 to this Agreement and (ii) have received evidence that all transactions contemplated under the Chattel Paper Commitment Documents shall have been consummated.
