Common use of Tranche Two Commitments Clause in Contracts

Tranche Two Commitments. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, each Tranche Two Lender agrees (i) to make Tranche Two Revolving Loans denominated in US Dollars, Sterling, Euro or Designated Currencies to the Borrowers and (ii) to make Tranche Two Revolving Loans denominated in Canadian Dollars to the Borrowers that are Canadian Subsidiaries, in each case from time to time during the Availability Period in an aggregate principal amount at any time outstanding that will not result in (A) the aggregate Tranche Two Revolving Credit Exposures exceeding the aggregate Tranche Two Commitments or (B) the Tranche Two Revolving Credit Exposure of any Lender exceeding its Tranche Two Commitment. Within the foregoing limits and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Borrowers may borrow, prepay and reborrow Tranche Two Revolving Loans.
