Common use of Tranche B Clause in Contracts

Tranche B. For purposes of clarity, the Parties recognize and agree that the provisions of the Second Clause, paragraphs (b) (Article 292 of the LGTOC) and (c) (Non-Revolving; Proportional Credit), and in the Third Clause, subsection (h) (Credit Denouncement), as well as all other Clauses established in this Agreement and not expressly contemplated in this Second Third Clause, will be applicable mutatis mutandis, as appropriate, to Tranche B.
