Training Room. Landlord shall provide a room within the building to be used by Tenant for the purpose of initial hiring and training of new employees beginning January 2, 2006 at no charge. The room shall accommodate 50 people and have data connectivity and electrical power to run approximately 50 PCs. This will be provided until ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ delivers possession of the Premises to Tenant in accordance with paragraph 1.3 of the Lease.

Training Room. County shall provide a training location with about twelve (12) workstations for training. The training location will be free of distractions and scheduling of staff will be uninterrupted for the duration of the training. The training schedule will be drawn up as part of the implementation plan with assistance from County Project Manager. Training assignments will be the responsibility of County with input from Contractor staff on who should be trained on which modules. County will have full control over who attends which training sessions.

Training Room. NUSD shall provide at least one athletic training room at the High School for use by the Athletic Trainer assigned to the school. NUSD, in consultation with the Athletic Trainer, shall be responsible for ensuring that the room is suitable for use by the Athletic Trainer in carrying out his or her duties under this MOU.
