Training Record Clause Samples

The Training Record clause establishes the requirement for maintaining accurate documentation of all training activities completed by relevant personnel. Typically, this clause outlines the types of training that must be recorded, the information that should be included in the records (such as dates, topics, and participant names), and the party responsible for keeping these records up to date. By mandating thorough recordkeeping, the clause ensures compliance with regulatory or contractual training obligations and provides a clear audit trail in case of inspections or disputes.
