TRAINING PROVIDED Sample Clauses

The 'Training Provided' clause outlines the obligation of one party, typically the employer or service provider, to deliver training to another party, such as employees or clients. This clause specifies the type, duration, and scope of training to be given, and may detail whether the training is mandatory, who bears the cost, and the expected outcomes or certifications. Its core practical function is to ensure that recipients have the necessary knowledge or skills to perform their roles effectively or use a product or service safely, thereby reducing risks associated with inadequate training and clarifying responsibilities.
