Training/Knowledge transfer. Technical support team and operators shall be taken through trainings occasionally to enhance their knowledge on the system as well as help them cope with emerging trends in the field. The Contractor will provide a technical and operational training to KPLC technical personnel. The training will cover maintenance of 1st and 2nd line. The training will be on the job training conducted during preventive maintenance visits and will include theoretical and practical sessions. A document listing topics covered in the training and signed by the trainees shall be submitted to KPLC. KPLC shall nominate the trainees and notify the Contractor.

Use the format provided by the CAM. • Prepare a Final Project Fact Sheet at the project’s conclusion that discusses results. Use the format provided by the CAM. • Prepare a Technology/Knowledge Transfer Plan that includes: o An explanation of how the knowledge gained from the project will be made available to the public, including the targeted market sector and potential outreach to end users, utilities, regulatory agencies, and others.

  • Knowledge Whenever a representation or warranty or other statement in this Agreement (including, without limitation, Schedule I hereto) is made with respect to a Person's "knowledge," such statement refers to such Person's employees or agents who were or are responsible for or involved with the indicated matter and have actual knowledge of the matter in question.

  • BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION The BOARD is prohibited from knowingly employing a person who has been convicted of committing or attempting to commit certain criminal offenses. These reports shall include the period covered, the name, minority code, and Federal Employer Identification Number of each minority business utilized during the period; commodities and services provided by the minority business enterprise, and the amount paid to each minority business enterprise on behalf of the Customer.
