Common use of Training File Clause in Contracts

Training File. 7.5.1.5.1 The Employer may maintain a record of all training the employee has taken while in active service. Employees may request a copy of their training record. The Employer will provide either a hard copy or electronic access to the employee’s training record. If an employee provides documentation to the Employer of completed work-related training, it will be recorded in the training record maintained in the employee’s Training File.
