Common use of Training Conflicts Clause in Contracts

Training Conflicts. An employee’s approved work schedule may be changed when the employee is attending training and the training hours conflict, or are inconsistent, with the approved work schedule. An employee will notify the employee’s supervisor as soon as the employee becomes aware of the training conflict.
