Training Conference. Buyer and Seller shall schedule a flight training ------------------- conference at Seller's Facility no less than twelve months prior to delivery of the first Aircraft. This conference will establish a training plan and schedule including the elements in this paragraph A. and will establish any additional training or special requirements beyond the scope of this paragraph A. The terms and conditions applicable to such additional training or special requirements will be the subject of a separate agreement.

Training Conference. Buyer and Seller shall schedule a ------------------- maintenance training conference at Seller's Facility, on a mutually agreed to date, approximately twelve months prior to first Aircraft delivery. This conference will establish a maintenance training plan including the scheduling and content of all elements in this paragraph B. The scope and depth of the individual courses defined in the plan will be based on Seller's standard course syllabi.
Training Conference. Subject to the terms of Letter Agreement No. 2 to the Agreement or to any other agreement dated the date hereof between the Buyer and the Seller, training courses provided for the Buyer's personnel shall be scheduled at dates mutually agreed during a training conference to be held about twelve (12) months before delivery of the first Aircraft (the "Training Conference") or at an earlier date, if mutually desirable. The courses shall be scheduled for a minimum number of participants, to be agreed upon at the Training Conference.

  • Conference Telephone Meetings Directors or members of any committee of the Board may participate in a meeting of the Board or such committee by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and such participation in a meeting shall constitute presence in person at such meeting.

  • Training State Street agrees to provide training, at a designated State Street training facility or at the Designated Locations, to the Fund’s personnel in connection with the use of the System on the Designated Configuration. The Fund agrees that it will set aside, during regular business hours or at other times agreed upon by both parties, sufficient time to enable all operators of the System and the Data Access Services, designated by the Fund, to receive the training offered by State Street pursuant to this Addendum.

  • Training Materials Training Materials will be provided for each student. Such participation shall constitute presence in person at such meeting.

  • Training Services Fiserv shall provide training, training aids, user manuals, and other documentation for Client's use as Fiserv finds necessary to enable Client personnel to become familiar with Fiserv Services. If requested by Client, classroom training in the use and operation of Fiserv Services will be provided at a training facility designated by Fiserv. All such training aids and manuals remain Fiserv's property.

  • Early Resolution Conference This Agreement is understood to be clear and enforceable as written and is executed by both parties on that basis. However, should Executive later challenge any provision as unclear, unenforceable or inapplicable to any competitive activity that Executive intends to engage in, Executive will first notify the Company in writing and meet with a Company representative and a neutral mediator (if the Company elects to retain one at its expense) to discuss resolution of any disputes between the parties. Executive will provide this notification at least fourteen (14) days before Executive engages in any activity on behalf of a Competing Business or engages in other activity that could foreseeably fall within a questioned restriction. The failure to comply with this requirement shall waive Executive’s right to challenge the reasonable scope, clarity, applicability, or enforceability of the Agreement and its restrictions at a later time. All rights of both parties will be preserved if the Early Resolution Conference requirement is complied with even if no agreement is reached in the conference.

  • Credentialing The Company supports continuing professional education. If you hold a professional license or certification, you acknowledge that you understand the obligations and the specific code of professional ethics associated with this license or certificate and agree to perform your duties in accordance with these standards. In addition, you acknowledge your responsibility to maintain any job-related licenses or certificates in accordance with the requirements issued by the applicable regulatory body or bodies. The Company agrees to reimburse you for the fees you incur during your employment with the Company in maintaining such licenses or certificates applicable to your position. You must submit your fees within 60 days after the date they are incurred. The Company will generally reimburse such fees within 60 days of the date they are submitted, but in no event will they be reimbursed later than December 31st of the year following the year in which the fee was incurred.

  • Protocol (cc) Part 2(b) of the ISDA Schedule – Payee Representation.

  • Feedback Distributor shall provide Company with prompt written notification of any comments or complaints about the Products that are made by Customers, and of any problems with the Products or their use that Distributor becomes aware of. Such written notification shall be the property of Company, and shall be considered to be part of Company’s Confidential Information.

  • Quarterly Conference Calls The purpose of this contact will be to obtain a greater understanding of the performance of the Portfolio, the reasons for that performance, and to gain valuable insights into the Portfolio provided by the manager.
