Training and Professional Development MAIN. In the interests of the training and professional development of Canadian Directors and Choreographers, whenever a non-Canadian (or Permanent Resident in Canada) is engaged as a Director or Choreographer, a Canadian member of Equity shall be offered a position as Assistant Director or Assistant Choreographer.
