Training and Awareness. The Non-Exchange Entity shall develop training and awareness programs for members of its Workforce that create, collect, disclose, access, maintain, store, and use PII while carrying out any Authorized Functions.

Enrollment Assister shall develop training and awareness programs for members of its workforce that create, collect, disclose, access, maintain, store, and use PII while carrying out any Exchange related functions. Enrollment Assister must require such individuals to successfully complete privacy and security training, as appropriate for their work duties and level of exposure to PII, prior to when they assume responsibility for/have access to PII.
Training and Awareness. All Parties will ensure that all individuals likely to come in contact with the data shared under this agreement are trained in the terms of this agreement, their own responsibilities and their obligations under the GDPR and the DPA.

In the event that the Seller will have access to data of the Buyer or Customers, including personal data, the Seller will ensure that its personnel (including employees and contractors) performing the applicable Services receive access to and training on the Seller’s cybersecurity and data privacy policies and procedures as needed to perform the applicable Services. The Seller will provide the Buyer with access to such policies and procedures, which are considered proprietary and confidential information of the Seller. The Buyer will provide the Seller with its own policies and procedures related to cybersecurity and data privacy that are directly applicable to the applicable Services. If the policies and procedures conflict with each other, the Seller will follow its Master Commercial Agreement own policies and procedures unless otherwise required by Law or pursuant to written agreement of the Buyer.

Both parties shall: Have all users, including employees, contractors, and other authorized users, complete the information security and privacy awareness training on execution of this ISA and then annually thereafter; and Train, monitor, and audit staff on requirements related to the authorized use and sharing of PII with third parties, and on the consequences of unauthorized use or sharing of PII.
Training and Awareness. 9.1. Abacus will implement appropriate training and awareness interventions for all employees at least once per annum.
Training and Awareness. Third Party shall require all Third-Party personnel to participate in information security training and awareness sessions at least annually and establish proof of learning for all personnel.
Training and Awareness. Parties B and C may adopt the procedures/protocol set forth in the sample SOG, or develop an alternative SOG document to be reviewed and approved by CFF. Should Parties B and C agree to adopt the sample SOG in Appendix III, they need to sign in the designated area in the SOG and send the signed SOG back to CFF with the MOU. Party B agrees to train its participating firefighters on SAVE by sharing and reviewing the procedures set forth in the selected SOG with participants. Both Parties B and C agree to promote awareness of the program among their participating firefighters, regularly reminding participants about the program and procedures via meetings and e-communication. It will be important for Parties B and C to regularly remind participating firefighters about the SAVE program so that activating a SAVE card becomes part of their everyday routine rather than an afterthought. Opportunities to order SAVE stickers, decals or magnets will be available to Party B in order to utilize visual daily reminders of the program. Both Parties B and C agree to review the public relations tips and talking points listed in Appendix IV.

Training and Awareness. Data Importer shall provide necessary training to ensure security awareness in Data Importer personnel that are directly or indirectly engaged in handling personal data and systems for the performance of the Subscription Services, onsite or remotely.
