Traffic Impact Fee Sample Clauses
Traffic Impact Fee. The Project will be subject to the traffic impact fee for all additional vehicle trips generated by the Project at the rate in place at the time of approval of the Project (currently two hundred thirty-five dollars ($235.00) per additional vehicle trip) and shall be paid to the CITY prior to the issuance of the first building permit. The Project will generate a total of six thousand eight hundred (6,800) vehicle trips.
Traffic Impact Fee. At the time of issuance of the first building permit for the Project, Developer shall pay to the City $3,000,000 (three million dollars) as full satisfaction of its obligation for City traffic impact fees as required by Ordinance No. 14-00, adopted by Resolution 49- 03 as amended by 49-17. In addition, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees not to seek credit or reimbursement for traffic improvements it installs as required by mitigation measures in the Project EIR or as a Project condition of approval (which is estimated at $1,600,000) even though some of those improvements are identified in the City’s Traffic Impact Fee program and subject to fee credits and reimbursement.
