Common use of Trading Reports Clause in Contracts

Trading Reports. For a period of three (3) years after the date of this Agreement, during such time as the Public Securities are listed on the Exchange, the Company shall provide to the Representative, at the Company’s expense, such reports published by the Exchange relating to price trading of the Public Securities, as the Representative shall reasonably request.

Documents made freely available by the Exchange through its website shall be deemed to have been delivered to the Representative pursuant to this Section 3.9.3.

For a period of three (3) years after the date of this Agreement, during such time as the Public Securities Firm Shares are listed on the Exchange, the Company shall provide to the Representative, at the Company’s expense, such reports published by the Exchange relating to price trading of the Public SecuritiesFirm Shares, as the Representative shall reasonably request.

Trading Reports. For a period of three (3) years after the date of this Agreement, during such time as any of the Public Primary Securities are listed on the Exchange, the Company shall provide to the Representative, at the Company’s expense, such reports published by the Exchange relating to price trading of the Public Primary Securities, as the Representative shall reasonably request.
