Common use of Trading Practices Clause in Contracts

Trading Practices. So long as Seller is in possession of any material non-public information of Purchaser, Seller shall not, directly or indirectly engage in the purchase or sale of the common stock of Purchaser. For a period of one year after the earlier of (a) the Closing; and (b) the termination of this Agreement, Seller shall not, directly or indirectly, engage in any short selling activities of the common stock of Purchaser.

Trading Practices. So long as Seller is in possession of any material non-public information of Purchaser, Seller shall not, directly or indirectly engage in the purchase or sale of the common stock of Purchaser. For During the Term of this Agreement, and for a period of one year after the earlier of (a) the Closing; and (b) the termination of this Agreement, Seller shall not, directly or indirectly, engage in any short selling activities of the common stock of Purchaser.
