Trading Policy. By 30 April 2011, the Parties shall negotiate in good faith and in accordance with the Transaction Documents the wording of the provisions of the Joint Venture’s Trading Policy regarding: (i) trading by the Joint Venture of non-sugarcane ethanol in Brazil; and (ii) trading by the Joint Venture of non-sugarcane ethanol outside of Brazil (subject to the Global Ethanol Trading Agreement).
