Common use of Trading Policy Clause in Contracts

Trading Policy. By accepting the Award, including the Terms and Conditions, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Award shall be subject to the requirements of the S&P Global Inc. Securities Disclosure and Trading Policy, as in effect from time to time. In addition, the Participant acknowledges that the Participant’s jurisdiction of residence (and jurisdiction of employment, if different) may also have laws or regulations governing ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and that such laws or regulations may impose additional restrictions on the Participant’s ability to participate in the Plan by acquiring or selling shares of Stock acquired under the Plan and that the Participant is solely responsible for complying with such laws or regulations.
