Trading Plan Clause Samples
Trading Plan. This Trading Plan may be Terminated by Isis at any time upon written notice to Broker. The parties hereto may amend this Trading Plan in writing by mutual written agreement.
Trading Plan. As soon as available and in any event within fifteen (15) days of each quarter end, cause to be delivered to Lender (i) copies of its Rule 10b5-1 trading plan, and (ii) a summary of any repurchase or redemption during the prior fiscal quarter outside the parameters of any applicable Rule 10b5-1 trading plan.
Trading Plan. The Parties agree that any Conversion Shares issued pursuant to the Optional Conversion Right shall be sold only pursuant to the terms of the Plan. If the Investor terminates, or otherwise alters, amends or modifies, the Plan with respect to the Conversion Shares covered thereunder without the prior written consent of the Company at any time when such Conversion Shares are Freely Tradeable and prior to the completion of all sales of such Conversion Shares, the Investor agrees to forfeit any and all rights to receive Additional Shares and/or Extended Maturity Date Shares.

Trading Plan. Sponsor, each Stockholder Party and each Permitted Transferee shall be permitted to enter into a trading plan established in accordance with Rule 10b5-1 under the Exchange Act during the Lock-up Shares Period so long as no Transfers of such Stockholder Party’s Lock-up Shares in contravention of this Article II are effected prior to the expiration of the Lock-up Shares Period.

Upon receipt of notice and information from the Collateral Manager, the Trustee shall post the Collateral Manager's notice and information, which shall contain all information required by Section 10.5(a)(i)(U) to be set forth in the most recent Monthly Report, to the Trustee's website and, within one Business Day of notice from the Collateral Manager of a pending Trading Plan, a statement that such a Trading Plan is pending and, within one Business Day of notice from the Collateral Manager that a Trading Plan has been executed, a statement that such Trading Plan has been executed.
