Common use of Trading Limits and Safe Places Clause in Contracts

Trading Limits and Safe Places. (a) The Vessel shall be used for the purpose of carrying all lawful merchandise (subject always to Clause 30) including in particular, LNG, in any part of the world as Charterers shall direct, subject to the limits of the current British Institute Warranties and any subsequent amendments thereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, but subject to Clause 36, Charterers may order the Vessel beyond such limits provided that Owners consent thereto (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld) and that Charterers pay for any insurance premium required by the Vessel’s underwriters as a consequence of such order.
