Common use of Trading Advisor Independent Clause in Contracts

Trading Advisor Independent. The Trading Advisor shall for all purposes herein be deemed to be an independent contractor to the Partnership and the General Partner and shall, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, have no authority to act for or represent the Partnership or the General Partner in any way or otherwise be deemed a sponsor of the Partnership or an agent, joint venturer or partner of the Partnership, the General Partner or of any other trading advisor retained by the Partnership.
