Trademarks, Franchises, and Licenses. To Borrower’s knowledge, the Borrower and its Subsidiaries own, possess, or have the right to use all patents, licenses, franchises, trademarks, trade names, trade styles, copyrights, trade secrets, know how, and confidential commercial and proprietary information necessary to conduct their businesses substantially as now conducted, without known conflict with any patent, license, franchise, trademark, trade name, trade style, copyright or other proprietary right of any other Person, which conflict could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
