Common use of Trademark Audit Right Clause in Contracts

Trademark Audit Right. SUPPLIER shall have the right to audit DISTRIBUTOR’s and its Sub-Contractors’ use of the Trademarks related to the Product. DISTRIBUTOR shall remedy and shall procure that its Sub-Contractors remedy any non-compliant use identified by SUPPLIER at DISTRIBUTOR’S cost, as soon as possible using Reasonable Commercial Efforts after notification by SUPPLIER.
