Common use of Trademark Assignment Clause in Contracts

Trademark Assignment. The Trademark Assignment, dated or to be dated on or prior to the Closing Date, made by the Company in favor of the Agent and in form and substance satisfactory to the Banks and the Agent.

Trademark Assignment. The Trademark Assignment, dated or to be dated on or prior to the Closing Date, made by the Company Borrower in favor of the Collateral Agent and in form and substance satisfactory to the Banks and the AgentAgents.
