The Purchaser (and each beneficial purchaser, if any) acknowledges that the Company may in the future be required by law to disclose the name and other information of the Purchaser and the beneficial purchaser, if any, related to the acquisition of the Purchaser’s Securities hereunder, on a confidential basis, pursuant to the Trade Sanctions;
