TRADE EFFLUENT. 8.1 If XYZ receives an Application or consents to any discharge of Trade Effluent into the XYZ Sewerage Network or if any discharge of Trade Effluent is, or is to be made to the XYZ Sewerage Network and thereby to the Thames Sewerage Network as part of the Discharge, the provisions of Schedule 2 come into force immediately.
