Trade Assignment Sample Clauses
Trade Assignment. Upon Custodian certifying a Purchased Mortgage Loan to an Agency for the issuance of an Agency Security backed by such Purchased Mortgage Loan and which Buyer is purchasing such Agency Security hereunder, Seller shall deliver to Buyer a Trade Assignment executed by Seller with respect to such Agency Security.
Trade Assignment. An assignment to Buyer of a forward trade between an Approved Investor and Seller with respect to one or more Purchased Assets or related Mortgage-Backed Security, in each case in substantially the form of Exhibit N hereto, together with the related Purchase Commitment that has been fully executed, is enforceable and is in full force and effect and confirms the details of such forward trade.
Trade Assignment. An assignment to Buyer of a forward trade between an Approved Investor and Seller with respect to one or more Purchased Assets or Purchased Securities (or Underlying Assets, as applicable), as applicable, in each case in substantially the form of Exhibit N hereto. Trade Assignment. The Existing Master Repurchase Agreement is hereby amended by adding the attached Exhibit 2 as Exhibit M at the end thereof.
