TRACEABILITY AND IDENTIFICATION. The traceability and identification of the Buyer’s material must be maintained throughout the Seller’s processes. The unique identity is to be maintained unless altered by the Buyer’s SPO.
TRACEABILITY AND IDENTIFICATION. The supplier will ensure the traceability of the products he delivered appropriate to a risk assessment. In case of deviations found, traceability must be ensured in such a way that the quantities of the parts/products concerned can be determined. If traceability becomes necessary, the customer will provide all data required for traceability to the supplier. If special marking and packing are required, these will be agreed and documented in writing by both parties. If no special provisions are required, the supplier will pack the products in such a way that damage caused by outside influences can be excluded. Product packing must be marked in such a way that the customer can identify the type of consignment. Product packing must at least include the following information, unless otherwise agreed: Conec item number Conec order number Batch number Production date Supplier number Appropriate warning signs for handling must be attached to the packing of especially delicate goods.
