TPP License Sample Clauses
A TPP License clause grants permission for a third-party provider (TPP) to use certain intellectual property or technology under specified terms. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of the license, such as which software, data, or trademarks the TPP can access, and may set limitations on use, duration, or sublicensing rights. Its core function is to clearly define the legal boundaries for third-party use, ensuring both parties understand their rights and obligations, and reducing the risk of unauthorized use or infringement.
