TPDC Non-Compliance. Where PanAfrican Tanzania has discharged its obligations under this Article VI, the Ministry will not suspend or cancel any Development Licence granted to TPDC hereunder by reason only that TPDC has failed to comply with the requirements of paragraph (a) of subsection (1) of Section 30 of the Act or has failed to meet the requirements deemed to be included in a Development Licence by reason of that provision.
