Toxicity Package. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will complete the ongoing GLP toxicology studies for the [***] Lead Candidate as described in Schedule 2.1.1 (Toxicity Studies) (the “Toxicity Studies”). On or before [***] following ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ completion of all Toxicity Studies for the [***] Lead Candidate, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will deliver to Licensee the Toxicity Package in order to permit Licensee to assess whether to exercise the TARP8 Option.
