Town Event Services Sample Clauses

Town Event Services. The Contractor shall at its sole expense provide Town Event Services. The Contractor shall not ▇▇▇▇ the Town, co-sponsors, or any other person for Town Event Services. The Contractor shall provide Electronics Recycling Services to Town Events, which will include a Certificate of Data Destruction for all applicable electronics. Other materials which the Contractor shall provide at no cost to the Town is Christmas Tree Recycling, Metals and Appliances (including appliances with Freon), and Tires. The Contractor will decide the number of roll-off containers to be utilized at the Town Events.
