Common use of Towing and Labor Coverage Clause in Contracts

Towing and Labor Coverage. If you paid the premium for Towing and Labor Coverage and it is shown on the Declarations Page, we will pay up to the limits shown on the Declarations Page for towing and labor costs incurred each time an insured car for which you bought this coverage is disabled. This includes the costs associated with emergency flat tire change, tire repair, battery jump, battery repair, fuel delivery (but not the fuel) and locksmith services each time an insured car is disabled, subject to the limits shown on the Declarations Page for that insured car. Covered labor must be performed at the time and place of disablement and does not include routine maintenance of the insured car. The maximum amount we will pay for any single disablement will be the amount shown on the Declarations Page for this coverage for that insured car. You must provide us with a verifiable receipt of the towing or labor charges incurred. This coverage does not apply to towing from entrapment in snow, mud, water or sand, more than 100 feet from a public road or highway.
