Tower must. (a) Disseminate ATIS code changes and related information by entering the new approach information and ATIS code into the ACE-IDS. Tower must. (1) Notify TRACON when the Tower is being operated with one ATCS. (2) Call for release for all IFR departures when the TRACON is being operated with one ATCS. Tower must ensure that the aircraft departs within 5 minutes of the time of release.
