Tower License Sample Clauses
Tower License. In the event the Closing occurs simultaneously with the closing on Seller's acquisition of the Fairview CP, as provided in Section 4.1, Buyer shall have entered into an Antenna License Agreement with Seller in the form of Exhibit B (the "Antenna License Agreement").
Tower License. The Company shall (i) have duly executed and delivered the Tower License and (ii) have paid in full to Seller the license fee for the Tower License.
Tower License. Seller shall have granted Purchaser a non-terminable license substantially in the form of Exhibit G hereto (the "Tower License") to use the radio tower facilities listed on Section 8.4(n) of the Seller's Disclosure Schedule.
